Greek Cooking Class with Lunch, and Dessert: Experience Greek cuisine with your ICDC friends. You are cordially invited to join your International Club DC friends for a culinary adventure to Greece. Learn how to take simple ingredients and create traditional Greek dishes at home that are perfect both for entertaining and for satisfying everyday meals. The Greek cuisine has been influenced by lots of culinary traditions, beginning with Alexander the Great and continuing with King Constantine and the Turkish invasion. As a result of these influences, Greek cuisine has a lot in common with other cultures, such as the Italian, the Balkan, or Middle East cultures.
