Despite a rainy start, we enjoyed a relaxing evening on the Potomac River. ICDC members enjoyed light Greek fare and drinks served at the cash bar while viewing monuments and the Washington DC skyline. The Potomac River takes on a sense of tranquility soon after a rain shower and it also provided a respite from the hot DC weather.
