Enjoy an authentic dinner buffet feast of Aruban delicacies as you enjoy an evening of Aruban music and enjoy an evening of dancing. Carnival is the biggest cultural event of the year for Aruba. Carnival in Aruba features a handful of parades characterized by colorful floats, extravagant costumes and rolling sound trucks that fuel the dancing crowd with roadmarch songs. Indulge in two Aruban beers: Balashi and Chill. The beer is a deep golden color and easy on the foam. It has a soft bitterness, an aroma of fresh hops, and a short aftertaste.
Also enjoy Aruba’s famous Rum Punch: Aruban made Palmera Rum mixed with fruit punch or you can indulge in a surprise cocktail drink mixed with Aruban Coecoei at the Cocktail Bar.

Keeshi Yena is a very popular dish during Christmas time in Aruba. It is a filled gouda cheese casserole. The filling consists of olives, chicken and other Aruban ingredients.
The Grilled Salmon is a fresh salmon grilled with Aruban spices
The Carni Stoba is a beef stew made with Aruban spices
For side dishes we have: a curry vegetable Dish, Aruban Mixed Fried Rice, Plantains Aruba Style
And Funchi Fries

For Dessert, indulge in Ponche Crema Cake, a creamy smooth cake made of egg yolks, cream, rum and variety of spices.
Please note that the event is presented for you to walk around the embassy, meet other guests, as well as embassy staff during the dinner reception, as you discover Aruba. Kindly note that though there will be limited seating, the event is not presented as a seated function. The event will be presented rain, shine, or snow and event details are subject to change.
