Please give your self plenty of time to arrive at the meeting location. If you are delayed due to any reason and miss the boat, we are unable to issue you a refund.

If you do not arrive at the meeting location at the designated time and miss the cruise, we are unable to issue refunds. The fireworks organized as a part of the annual Cherry Blossom Festival is beyond our control. We will cruise rain or shine but we are unable to offer refunds in the unlikely event the fireworks are canceled or postponed for any reason.

Tickets will be released to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting photo ID. If you purchased more than one ticket, please arrive for admission with your guest(s).
