Space is limited. Please reserve your space by submitting your nonrefundable deposit for our once in a lifetime adventure to Slovenia presented in cooperation with the Embassy of Slovenia. Once you make your reservation with your non refundable deposit, we will be in touch with you to make the rest of the payment arrangements. The remainder of the payment is as follows:
Double Room, double occupancy, 1 bed, 2 guests sharing $2,989 (per person)
Twin Room, double occupancy, 2 beds, 2 guests sharing $2,989 (per person)
Single Room, single occupancy, 1 bed, 1 guest $3,239 (per person)
Suite, double occupancy, 1 bed, 2 guests sharing $3,339 (per person)
International Club of DC Inc. Ticket or Membership Terms: Tickets or memberships are non-refundable.
All online ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds on trip deposit for any reason. Travel insurance is NOT included in the trip cost. We highly recommend that you acquire your own travel insurance.
The event will be held rain, shine, or snow. Kindly note by purchasing a ticket, you accept responsibility to arrive at the airport on time for your flight. Due to expenses incurred, we are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend the trip for any reason. Purchase of tickets for the event constitutes your acceptance of our no-refund policy. Event details, including the itinerary, planned excursions, and hotels are subject to change as we continue to refine the event.
