Ticket Terms
Proof of Full Vaccination Required to attend
All guests are required to present proof of full vaccination with matching photo ID for admission: 2 weeks after the second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. There will be absolutely no exceptions to this policy. No refunds will be given if you are denied admission due to lacking proof of full vaccination.
Vaccine Boosters Recommended with Your Doctor's Consultation
If it has been more than 6 months since you were fully vaccinated, we highly recommend a vaccine booster with the consultation of your doctor. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to consult with your doctor with regards to receiving a vaccine booster prior to attending the event.
Masks are Optional but Highly Recommended
Currently, masks are optional per DC COVID Guidelines in effect on Monday, November 22, 2021. By participating in the event, you agree to follow the DC COVID guidelines in effect at the time of the event and understand and agree that the guidelines may change at any time without notice. Agree to Government and ICDC Policies
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be governed by and subject to all government health regulations regarding public events as well as International Club of DC policies for participation in events and acceptable behavior:

All Online Ticket Sales are Final.
No cancellations or refunds on tickets for any reason, including severe winter storms or government actions or health restrictions.
If the event is restricted or postponed due to COVID, other pathogen, government guideline, mandate, or action, as well as any other factor beyond our control, any ticket purchased can be transferred to attend the 2023 New Year's Eve Gala or other subsequent New Year's Eve Gala.
While we do not expect government mandates which will require restrictions that may results in cancellation or restriction of capacity or other limitations which might affect the event, you agree that such possibility exists by purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that ticket reservations for the 2022 New year's Eve Gala will be transferred to the 2023 New Year's Eve Gala or other future New Year's Eve Gala in the event of government action beyond our control.
Since ticket processing fees as well as payments made to vendors and performers engaged for the gala are nonrefundable, by purchasing a ticket, you agree that we are unable to offer refunds for cancellation, nonattendance for any reason, capacity restrictions, or government actions.
By purchasing a ticket you agree and accept that there are absolutely no refunds, but that your ticket is transferable towards the 2023 New Year's Eve Gala or future New year's Eve Gala if the gala is rescheduled for any reason.
All attendees must be 21 & over.
No large bags or winter coats are allowed in the event space.
Security staff may screen guests and anything brought into the event space.
By participating in the event, you accept the responsibility to arrive for the event on time. All ticket sales are final.
The gala concludes at 1:30 AM with some aspects of the gala concluding at 12:00 Midnight (balloon drop) and 1:00 AM (bars and certain entertainment).
Please note that as we continue to refine the gala, themes, menus, entertainment, bands and other gala details are subject to change. We may add, change, or remove any menu item, advertised band or entertainment, or other aspect of the gala.
Tickets will only be released to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting photo ID and credit card used to reserve the tickets. If you purchased more than one ticket, please arrive for admission with your guest(s).
By participating in the event, you agree to follow the DC COVID guidelines in effect at the time of the event: https://coronavirus.dc.gov and warrant and represent that that neither you nor your guests are experiencing any COVID symptoms. In the event that you or your guests experience potential COVID symptoms prior to the event, you can request your tickets be transferred to the 2023 New Year's Eve Gala or a future New year's Eve Gala.
Liability Disclaimer
While we have put in place health and safety measures, including requesting proof of vaccination, by purchasing a ticket, you accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 or any other pathogen along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss.
By participating in the event, you agree that while we have communicated health and safety measures along with DC COVID guidelines, we do not have police or law enforcement powers to enforce health and safety measures or mandates. Therefore, you agree to hold International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers harmless for any noncompliance of the health and safety mandates by another attendee, event participant, or third party.
By participating in the event, you agree to release, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injury, including death, and property damage that arise out of the activity.
By participating in the event, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, not to make negligence claims against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers for losses, debts, demands and/or damages for personal injuries or wrongful death suffered as a result of participation in the activity.
You understand and agree that by taking part in this ticketed activity will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that you may have or have had, whether past, present, or future, whether known or unknown, and whether anticipated or unanticipated by you, arising out of your participation. This release constitutes a complete release, discharge, and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers.
You understand and agree that by participating in this ticketed activity, you are to release, indemnify and hold International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers harmless from any and all liability or costs, including attorney fees, associated with or arising from your participation in activities.
You also agree to convey these terms to your guests and ensure their acceptance and agreement of these terms prior to attending the event.
