Our annual New Year's Eve Gala is our most magnificent &elaborate cultural event of the year! Reservation options include two dinner options: 3-course sit-down dinner, buffet style international cuisine as well as a post-dinner option with desserts. Please see below for the ticket options as well as gala ticket policies.
All online ticket sales are final. No cancellations or refunds on online ticket sales for any reason. All attendees must be 21 and over.
Reservation-holders must pick up their tickets at the Registration Desk with any guests attending the event. Tickets will be released only to the credit card holder who purchased the tickets upon presenting valid ID and the credit card used to reserve the tickets. If you purchased multiple tickets, please arrive for registration together with your guests.
Please note that large bags of any kind or winter coats will not be allowed into the event space.
Ticket availability is limited. As we reach capacity for the gala, ticket prices are subject to increase without notice at any time.
In addition to general admission benefits, enjoy a 3-course sit-down dinner with champagne at 7:45 PM served in one of the Willard Hotel's luxurious event spaces. We will be seating you with other guests at tables of ten (10). If you have a large group of guests and wish to sit together, please arrive for check-in together with your complete party and let us know when you check-in so we may assist you. Table seating is presented for the duration of the Presidential Dinner Service along with live music by a duo for the prelude to an exciting celebration. Please be on time as the last dinner seating is at 8:25 PM! After the Presidential Dinner Service concludes at 9:00 PM, join us in the ballrooms to enjoy the New Year's Eve Gala! Themes, bands, entertainment & menus are subject to change without notice. We are unable to offer refunds if you arrive late for any reason and miss the seated dinner.

Together with the hotel and the entertainers engaged for the evening, we are all working diligently to present you a spectacular NYE celebration, regardless of the weather. The NYE Gala will be held rain, shine, or snow, including severe winter storms. Kindly note that by purchasing a ticket, you accept the responsibility to arrive at the hotel for the gala on time. Due to expenses incurred, we are unable to offer refunds in the event you are unable to attend the gala for any reason, including severe winter storms.
Purchase of tickets constitutes your acceptance of our rain date policy and no-refund policy, as all ticket sales are final. The gala concludes at 1:30 AM with some aspects of the gala concluding at 12:00 Midnight (balloon drop) and 1:00 AM (bar service and certain entertainment).

Yes! You don't need a date to attend as both singles & couples attend the gala. Attend on your own or with friends to celebrate with other internationally-minded professionals! Our members are friendly, outgoing, and a diverse group of internationally-minded professionals.
Tickets are only released to the credit card holder who must arrive at the Registration Desk located across from the reception desk in the lobby. The credit card holder is required to sign for & collect tickets after presenting Photo ID matching the name on the guest list along with the credit card used to purchase tickets. Tickets will be released only to the credit card holder with absolutely no exceptions to this policy. For security, there will be audio/video recording of tickets being picked up by the credit card holder. If you purchased multiple tickets, please arrive for registration with your guests.
The recommended attire is either cocktail attire or Black Tie optional. Formal gowns, cocktail dresses, tuxedos, dark suits, or other appropriate attire are all welcome! Have fun dressing up as you can't overdress for this event!
For security considerations, coats and large bags are not allowed in the event space. Coat check services will be offered by a 3rd party for guests attending the gala for a nominal fee of approximately $10 cash per coat/item. Kindly note that we are not responsible for the coat check, as the coat check arrangements will be handled directly by a 3rd party.
You can transfer tickets to another guest as long as you contact us at least 48 hours prior to the event, and request a Credit Card Payment Authorization Form for payment confirmation. We must receive the signed Credit Card Payment Authorization Form at least 72 hours prior to the event with a copy of your photo ID in order to authorize another guest to attend the gala. For the security of the credit card holder, there will be no exceptions to this policy.
Each ballroom of the New Year's Eve Gala is a gala within a gala. With several live bands, DJs, and other entertainment, the gala is attended by guests comprising of a large age range. Whether you like to ballroom dance to a live band or dance the night away to our DJs performing the hottest club music, there's something for everyone!
Kindly note that parking is handled directly by the hotel and we are not responsible for any aspect of parking. Hotel parking is limited, available on a first-come basis, and not guaranteed. We recommend rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.,), a cab or the Metro. Hotel valet & self-parking for event attendees is $35.00. Hotel valet & self-parking for overnight guests is $55.00. Self-parking entrance is on F Street between 14th & 15th Street. Additional parking: Metropolitan Square on F Street between 14th & 15th Street, nearby garages, or street parking. Parking rates may increase.
Registration commences 30 minutes prior to the time of admission on your ticket, but please do not arrive prior to that. Please arrive for registration 30 minutes prior to the time of admission on your ticket so that you can check-in, relax in the hotel lobby, and enter the event space at your time of admission. If you purchased more than one ticket, please arrive together with your guest(s). Allow plenty of time for traffic/parking. Kindly note that factors such as parking & traffic are beyond our control & it is your responsibility to arrive at the registration desk on time.
Unreserved seating is available for the duration of the 3-course dinner from 7:45 PM-8:45 PM for Presidential and Ambassador Level guests & the buffet dinner from 9PM -10PM for Diplomat Level guests.
All seating is unreserved & available for all guests after 10PM. With many guests expected, the gala is not presented as a seated function or an event with reserved seating. Since guests visit various ballrooms throughout event, the event is structured with unreserved seating in each ballroom with seating becoming available as guests leave one ballroom for another. While, seating is not guaranteed after 10PM, if you have a special need and unable to locate seating in any of the available ballrooms, please ask a Hotel Manager and we are happy to assist you.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS policy on tickets purchased FOR ANY REASON, including but not limited to severe winter storms, government actions, health matters/restrictions, changes in travel plans, work commitments, urgent unanticipated travel or event postponements/rescheduling at our sole discretion due to COVID or other factors beyond our control.
All attendees must be 21 and over.
If the event is rescheduled, at our sole discretion, due to COVID health restrictions, other pathogen, government guideline, mandate, or action, as well as any other factor beyond our control including severe winter storms, any ticket purchased can be transferred to attend the 2025 New Year's Eve Gala or other subsequent New Year's Eve Gala by emailing us at [email protected] provided that we receive your notice within 48 hours after we notify you of such postponement. By purchasing a ticket, you agree and accept that NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.
While we do not expect government mandates which may require restrictions that result in the rescheduling of the event, at our sole discretion, you agree that such possibility exists by purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that ticket reservations for the 2025 New Year's Eve Gala will be transferred to the 2026 New Year's Eve Gala or other future New Year's Eve Gala in the event of government action beyond our control which might result in the rescheduling of the event at our sole discretion
Since ticket processing fees as well as payments made to vendors and performers engaged for the gala are nonrefundable, by purchasing a ticket, you agree that we are UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS for cancellation, nonattendance for ANY REASON, as well as rescheduling of the event at our sole discretion due to government restrictions, actions, or any other conditions related to COVID or other circumstances beyond our control.
Vaccines and Vaccine Boosters Recommended
with Your Doctor's Consultation
It is highly recommended that you are fully vaccinated for Covid. If it has been more than 6 months since you were fully vaccinated, we highly recommend a vaccine booster with the consultation of your doctor. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to consult with your doctor with regards to receiving a vaccine booster prior to attending the event.

ADMISSION/SECURITY:
For the security of the credit card holder and our guests, we have instituted strict policies for admission to the event and there will be NO EXCEPTIONS to our admission policies:
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree that there will be audio and video surveillance and recording of the event including an audio and video recording of all transactions at the Registration Desk where guests pick up tickets.
Please ensure that the tickets are purchased by the actual credit card holder as tickets will ONLY be released to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting the CREDIT CARD used for the transaction PLUS PHOTO ID matching the name of the ticket purchaser and credit card holder.
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event you agree that for the security of the credit card holder, under no circumstances will we release tickets to anyone other than the credit card holder who purchased the tickets.
Tickets will be under the name of the credit card holder who purchased the ticket(s) and tickets will only be released to the person who purchased the tickets upon presenting PHOTO ID AND the CREDIT CARD used to reserve the tickets.
For the security of the credit card holder, there will be an audio and video record of each guest collecting tickets at the registration desk upon presenting photo ID with a signature collected for acceptance of the tickets. If you purchased more than one ticket, please arrive for admission together with your guest(s).
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will tickets be released to anyone other the credit card holder who purchased the tickets. Both photo ID and the physical credit card used for the reservation are required to collect the tickets. No refunds will be provided if admission is denied due to lack of required photo ID and the physical credit card to collect your tickets.
In the event you wish you transfer your ticket(s) to someone else you agree to contact us at least 96 hours (4 days) prior to the event so we can send you a ticket transfer form which requires your signature as well as presenting us with identification to verify the identity of the ticket purchaser.

ARRIVAL TIME
Admission is based on the time stated on the ticket you have purchased. Due to multiple ticket levels at various times, please arrive on time at the stated time of admission for the ticket you have purchased. PLEASE DO NOT ARIVE EARLY, as we are unable to admit guests prior to your time of admission.
By participating in the event, you accept the responsibility to arrive for the event on time and understand that traffic and parking may cause significant delays. Hotel parking is limited and not guaranteed due to the availability of space.

By participating in the event, you agree to follow the DC COVID guidelines in effect at the time of the event: https://coronavirus.dc.gov and warrant and represent that that neither you nor your guests are experiencing any COVID symptoms.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
By purchasing a ticket, you accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 or any other pathogen along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss.
By participating in the event, you agree to release, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers from any and all liability for personal injury, including death, and property damage that arise out of the activity.
By participating in the event, you agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for yourself, all of your family members and your heirs, not to make negligence claims against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers for losses, debts, demands and/or damages for personal injuries or wrongful death suffered as a result of participation in the activity.
You understand and agree that by taking part in this ticketed activity will have the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that you may have or have had, whether past, present, or future, whether known or unknown, and whether anticipated or unanticipated by you, arising out of your participation. This release constitutes a complete release, discharge, and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against International Club of DC, Inc. and its officers, employees, members, staff, partners, contractors, and volunteers.
